Your moods, check-ins, reflections, music, body signals, and support plans are not shared into the greenhouse. Traces are presence-only, and comfort notes are presets.
Cycle estimates are for reflection and pattern tracking only, not medical or contraceptive use. Cycles can shift because of stress, health, medication, travel, or other changes.
