Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at hello@moodflowerapp.com.

You can delete your account at any time. We’ll remove all associated data within 30 days of your request.

Community conservatories

Community conservatories are optional shared spaces. If you create, join, or use one, please treat other members with care. Do not post harassment, threats, private information about someone else, or content that could reasonably make the space unsafe.

You are responsible for what you choose to share in a conservatory. Private check-ins, support plans, body logs, cycle data, and Spotify data are not meant to be posted there unless you intentionally choose to share something yourself.

Support Moodflower

Support is optional and helps keep Moodflower free and growing. You can make a one-time contribution through Buy Me a Coffee if youd like to help cover hosting, maintenance, and future development.

Your content

Your journal entries, mood check-ins, reflections, body and cycle logs, support plans, comfort notes, and other personal entries are yours. We don’t claim ownership over anything you write in Moodflower. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored.

Spotify integration

Mood Mirror is an optional feature that connects to Spotify using Spotify’s official OAuth authorization. By connecting Spotify, you authorize Moodflower to read your recently played tracks, top tracks, top artists, and basic account profile for the purpose of generating personalized music reflections.

Moodflower does not post to your Spotify account, modify your playlists or library, or control playback. Your Spotify listening data is used only within Moodflower to power your personal Mood Mirror experience. We do not share or sell this data.

You can disconnect Spotify at any time from Moodflower settings. Disconnecting removes your Spotify connection and all saved listening data. Moodflower is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify. “Spotify” is a trademark of Spotify AB.

Service availability

Moodflower is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We’re not liable for any loss of data, though we do our best to prevent it.

Some Moodflower data may be stored locally in your browser, while account-based features may sync to the cloud. For cloud-synced features, Spotify, notifications, and community conservatories, availability may depend on third-party services such as Supabase, Spotify, and OneSignal.

Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes to these terms, we’ll let you know by email (if you have an account) and by updating this page. Continued use of Moodflower after changes means you accept the updated terms.
